Sabrina Wang
Sabrina coaches founders from Series A to Series C on the hardest calls: exec hires, cofounder dynamics, and the decisions that shape a company's trajectory. As Head of Coaching at Mochary Method, she built a team from zero to $3M ARR in 12 months while coaching dozens of founders. Clients include RevenueCat, Wayflyer, and partners at YC, GC, and Left Lane. She’s not afraid to tell you what others won't.

More about Sabrina:
Sabrina grew up in Chengdu, moved to the U.S. alone at 16.
Here’s what makes her different:
• Started her career in accounting.
• Got into tech sales. Then Product at Headspace, building products for 1M+ users.
• Head of Coaching at Mochary Method, actively managing a team and seeing how hundreds of founders operate up close.
• Been a founder and CEO for her own coaching practice.
• 10 years of studying in meditation, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation.
• Each pivot meant convincing people to bet on someone with the "wrong" background. That's what founders do. You see what's broken or missing, and you find a way anyway. She's been doing that her whole life.
• Navigated health problems (like a cancer diagnosis at 18), which taught her more about stress, energy, and resilience than any book.
She coaches at the intersection of strategy and inner patterns, because those are usually the same problem.

How Sabrina works:
Who does Sabrina work with?
She coaches CEOs, CTOs, and cofounders from seed through Series C. These founders are scaling fast and starting to feel the weight of it.
Her clients include the founders of RevenueCat, Wayflyer, Synchron, Delphi, and others. She also coached partners at YC Continuity, General Catalyst, Left Lane Capital, and Innovation Endeavors.
Most of her clients come through referrals from VCs and past clients. She only takes on founders when she’s confident that they can create real impact together.
How does Sabrina coach?
Most coaches either focus on tactics (OKRs, hiring, feedback) or internal work (mindset, beliefs, self-worth). She does both. She believes the company's problems and the founder’s personal patterns are usually the same problems.
One client, a partner at Left Lane Capital who's worked with different coaches for over a decade, put it this way: "Coaching is an art, not a science, and Sabrina is gifted to a degree that few people are."
What clients say about Sabrina:
She spots patterns others miss. She gets to the core of the issue fast within a session or two. One CEO told her there were "company trajectory-altering decisions that came directly out of discussions" they had together. She pushes when it matters. She is kind, but she doesn’t appease. Clients describe her as "unafraid to push when needed", “direct,” and someone who won't let them leave a session without concrete outcomes.
She builds systems, not just insights. Sessions lead to action: feedback frameworks, goal-setting rhythms, ways to move from constant firefighting to planned, strategic work. One founder said working with her helped him "establish a better rhythm instead of living in constant firefighting mode."
She meets you where you are. She doesn’t force clients into a blueprint.
She actually cares. This one's hard to quantify, but clients feel it. She’s invested in clients winning, even when they stop working together.

She provides frameworks for focusing on critical issues and managing people effectively, including having difficult conversations.
I highly recommend working with Sabrina, a coach I have been working with for several months. I found the coaching to be beneficial in distilling complex topics into two or three key issues and breaking them down into actionable goals."

Why do I need a coach?
Many people report to you. And, theoretically, they perform better because of it.
But you report to no one. Yes, you report to the board, but not really. You don't share everything with them; they are not your true thought partners.
When we work together, you will report to your coach. If, after three meetings, your life is better, then you will know that the Mochary methodology works. It is all captured in the Mochary Method Curriculum, so feel free to use it with your team. Those who have read these docs tell us we should make them required reading before coaching anyone. For now, though, that's still only a suggestion.
What is the fee?
For Matt Mochary and Alexis:
- $12,500 monthly
For Faith, Emma, Alyson, Kevin, Sabrina, and Matt Given…
- $10,000 monthly.
- Your action is to cause your Legal and Finance team to make the first payment. After that, our finance team can interact independently with your finance team.
What is included in the fee?
With Mochary Method coaches, you get two (2) to four (4) coaching sessions each month. Matt, on average, you get one (1) coaching session each month.
You can contact your coach anytime via email, Slack, or text.
Finally, we coach you through our Mochary Method proprietary software. You'll have the option of implementing the software into your entire organization once it's available.
What do you teach?
Almost everything we teach is in the Mochary Method Curriculum, so feel free to use it with your team. It is open-source.

What makes the MM coaching experience different from anything else out there?
There are lots of resources available to you as CEO. There are ...
- Investors who can share with you information and introductions from within their network
- Advisors who have specialized knowledge about a subject area (i.e., marketing, sales) or running a company (x-CEO or x-COO) and can give you tactical solutions that have worked for them in the past
- Coaches who can ask questions to identify your biggest obstacles and hold you accountable for what you say you will do to solve them.
- Therapists who can make you feel deeply heard and, therefore, know that you are neither alone nor crazy
All of these resources are excellent. And we recommend them all. We are something different ...
- If you are your company's CEO or executive team member and are frustrated that you don't know how to manage your team effectively or teach your peers and reports how to be effective managers, then …
- We show you, your peers, and your reports how to be phenomenal managers!
- A Mochary Method coach becomes your manager using our system and software. You will likely feel more empowered, engaged, and effective within three meetings. If so, then you know the system works.
- We then help you implement that same system and software throughout your company. We then celebrate with you as your team becomes more empowered, engaged, and effective.
- Please call us when you need help managing your company or your department. We will show you how.
What is the ideal persona for coaching under the Mochary Method?
You are our ideal client if …
- You are the head of your organization (CEO) or department (exec team member)
- Your company:
- Is a top performer in its class (seed, series A, B, C, public)
- Has proof points of being a top performer, including:
- Top-tier investors, or
- Bootstrapped but cash-flow positive and growing quickly
How often do we meet?
Once we've had an initial 1-1 meeting, if we create value, we will continue meeting twice a month on average for sessions (Alexis, Aly, Faith, Sabrina, Matt Given, Emma, and Kevin) or once a month for a call (Matt).
If you have one, we will include your Chief of Staff (as an observer). If you don't have one and are at Series A or beyond, we strongly encourage you to get one.
